Order Pick-Up

We are aware that some customers would like to avoid shipping costs or are concerned about potential damage during transit. We are happy to let people know that we offer pick-up as an option at our office. 

If you would like to pick up your order, select "Pick up" instead of "Ship" at the checkout page. Please note that all pick-up orders are subject to California sales tax.

Pick-up orders will have the same processing time as orders that are shipped. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. 

Instead of receiving a tracking number, you will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pick up. After receiving this notification, you may pick it up during our operating hours.

Pick-up Requirements:

  • Your Order number
  • A Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, etc.)

For security reasons, the name on the ID should match the name on the invoice for the order being picked up.

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?

If a third party intends to pick up the items on behalf of the customer, prior authorization is required. The customer (original purchaser) must contact us (via email or phone) directly, confirming the name of the individual picking up the order. 

Pick-up Timeframe and Holding

We request that you collect your order within two weeks of receiving the pick-up notification from us. If you are unable to pick up your order during this period, please contact us.

Orders that have not been collected after two weeks may be considered abandoned and will be cancelled.
