Regarding the DD Pre-Order Project 2022

Hi everyone!

We wanted to provide VOLKS USA customers with an update on the delivery status for "DD Kaito" and the "Senbonzakura (Rei no Sakura: Sousetsu) Outfit Set" pre-orders. As of right now, pre-orders are still on schedule and we are expecting to deliver pre-orders starting in Summer 2023.

Estimated Delivery: Summer 2023

※Deliveries will be sent out sequentially depending on the time you have placed your order.


■ Regarding Pre-Orders with Remaining Balances:


We understand that many of you are eagerly awaiting your order, and we wanted to let everyone know that we have not yet started collecting the remaining payment balances for pre-orders. We expect to do so shortly before delivery, and we will send everyone a notification when we are ready to collect payment.
