Regarding the DD Pre-Order Project 2023

Hi everyone!

We wanted to provide VOLKS USA customers with an update on the delivery status for Chimikko DD Anya Forger and the Outfit Set for Anya pre-orders. As of right now, pre-orders are still on schedule and we are now expecting to deliver pre-orders around the End of December 2024.

Estimated Delivery: End of December 2024

We highly recommend checking your shipping address to see if any updates are needed!

※Deliveries will be sent out sequentially depending on the time you have placed your order.
※The delivery time for your order may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and other external factors outside our control.

■ Regarding Pre-Orders with Remaining Balances:

We will be sending out emails to those who need to pay remaining balances starting today.
