Regarding VOLKS USA User Accounts

VOLKS USA accounts previously made on the old site (volksusastore.com) will not be migrated to the new site. Email, login information, addresses, order history, newsletter subscription status, and etc. will not be able to be viewed on the new site.

Don't worry, this change will not affect preorders! A new account will be required for future orders but will not affect any current orders (including preorders).

To continue shopping with us on the new webstore, you will need to create a new account and input your information again. We understand that this may take some time, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

■ Regarding past information:

Information from the old site that is not being migrated.
You will still be able to access your information for a few months on the old site after March 28, 2023. The end of service date on the old site is still TBA, but we will be sure to make to announce it prior to the site's closure.
